Zachary obtained his doctorate in clinical psychology from the Rosemead School of Psychology at Biola University, with an emphasis in psychodynamic therapy and emotion-focused therapy. He completed postdoctoral training at Western Washington University working with young adults in their Counseling and Wellness Center. Zachary has an interest in working with adult individuals and couples dealing with stress, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma, utilizing techniques drawn from psychodynamic therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Zachary has a specific interest in working with male clients around ideas of masculinity, young adults processing their current life and developmental stage, and couples to better communication and affection towards one another.

Douglas was trained in Clinical Social Work at the University of Washington, and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. He works with patients of all ages, and specializes in working with children and adolescents. He has 25 years of clinical experience working in both inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling. Particular areas of interest include ADHD/ADD, anxiety, mood disorders, higher-functioning autism spectrum disorders, complex medical and mental health issues, and difficult behavior problems.

Dr. Hillary Russell received her PhD in clinical psychology in 2010 from Seattle Pacific University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Oak Forest Hospital in Chicago, IL. There she received training in neuropsychological assessment and health and rehabilitation psychology. Dr. Russell was awarded the American Psychological Association Minority Fellowship Program Postdoctoral Fellowship in 2010. She has been a licensed clinical psychologist since 2012 (WA state #PY60280452). Dr. Russell works with adults and couples and has experience offering brief individual and group therapy. She provides therapy for many problems of living, focusing on the client’s strengths to help find solutions. She utilizes an integrative approach to treatment, including interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and solution-focused therapies.
